Job Description:

Hands-on management of the finance and accounting department

Manage and improve internal financial procedures.

Join the company’s management team.

Establish and maintain short- and long-term departmental and company wide goals and objectives

Lead and negotiate deals.

Be in charge of contracts with third parties.

Plan and control budget and cash flow.


  • CPA, (MBA an advantage). Ad-tech practice an advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior-level financial position in a global company, CFO experience an advantage.
  • Wide managerial experience and strong background in implementation of financial processes and policies
  • Ability to lead, develop and motivate a team. High analytical skills and business orientation.
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent English.
  • Fund raising experience – an advantage.
